How long does delivery take?

Your order is shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Germany then usually takes 2–4 business days (approx. 4–7 business days in total), and usually 7–10 business days within the EU. After dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.99. Shipping is free for orders of €55 or more. Shipping to the EU and other countries costs €19.90. Details: shipping policy.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please notify us of your withdrawal by email to info@nuunstore.de. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed dietary supplements can only be returned unopened in their original packaging. Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

If your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly try to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact our customer service with photos of the packaging and the product. We will find a suitable solution.

Are all products original?

Yes, we sell exclusively original products from the respective brand manufacturers in unaltered original packaging.
